سياسة الشحن

نحرص في متجرنا على توصيل طلباتكم بأسرع وقت ممكن وبأفضل خدمة.

نطاق الشحن:
نقوم بالشحن من دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى جميع دول الخليج العربي.

مدة الشحن:

  • داخل دولة الإمارات: من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل

  • إلى دول الخليج العربي: من 8 إلى 10 أيام عمل

معالجة الطلبات:
يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلب خلال 1–2 يوم عمل من تأكيد عملية الدفع.

ملاحظات:

  • قد تختلف مدة التوصيل قليلاً حسب موقع العميل أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل العطلات الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية).

  • سيتم تزويدكم برقم تتبع الطلب بمجرد شحنه لمتابعة حالة التوصيل.

Shipping Coverage:
We ship from the United Arab Emirates to all GCC countries.

Shipping Time:

  • داخل الإمارات: 5 to 7 business days

  • GCC countries: 8 to 10 business days

Order Processing:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Notes:

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the customer's location or circumstances beyond our control (such as public holidays or weather conditions).
